How it works
Official data. Every US airline with at least 0.5% of domestic revenue must report each flight to the Department of Transportation. We use that data, not estimates.
Updated monthly. The DOT publishes each month about two months later. Pages show the latest 12 months and say exactly which.
Same definitions as the DOT. A flight is on time if it arrives less than 15 minutes after schedule. Read the methodology.
